We use Stripe as our secure invoicing partner, which allows us to accept payments via credit or debit cards, including all major cards. For larger lump-sum payments, we also accept direct deposits. Please note that we do not accept cheques, cash, or alternative payment methods.

Our monthly plan has a 12-month minimum contract, ensuring we can deliver the quality and support your website needs. After the first 12 months, the plan switches to a month-to-month model, and you can cancel anytime with no penalties.

Not at all! Our Bespoke Pricing Plan is flexible and works for projects of all sizes—whether you need something larger and more complex or a simple one-page site. For smaller projects, we'll tailor the cost to match your needs. Get in touch, and we'll provide a quote that makes sense for you.

If you already have a completed website design, we'll adjust the cost of whichever plan you choose to reflect the development work only. This allows us to eliminate the design portion of the cost and tailor the pricing to your project's needs. However, when we don't have full control over the design, we can't guarantee certain aspects of our services, like performance, SEO optimization, or user experience. Get in touch, and we'll discuss the best solution for your project.

If you cancel your plan, you'll keep ownership of your domain, email addresses, and website assets. However, the website itself will be taken down and will no longer be publicly accessible. This can impact your online presence, including SEO progress and user experience. If you're considering cancellation, we're happy to discuss options to ensure a smooth transition.

If you need to cancel before the 12-month minimum, you'll be required to pay the remaining balance of the site's upfront cost ($5,000), minus any payments you've already made. We prioritize long-term partnerships with our clients because we believe that's how real results are achieved. If you have concerns, we're always here to discuss the best path forward.

Every invoice comes with a 7-day grace period for payment. If an invoice remains unpaid after 7 days, a $25 late fee will be applied. For subscription plans, if multiple invoices go unpaid over several months and we receive no communication, we may cancel the contract, and the client will be responsible for paying the site's full price.
